Traffic stops: 9

A commercial alarm was reported going off at Wonder Mini Mart in Wilbur.

Feb. 19

Traffic stops: 16

A caller said her dogs were very upset and she didn’t feel safe going outside.

A caller requested a welfare check on the 400 block of First Avenue in Odessa.

An Airway Heights woman said people were breaking the lock off her room and taking her things at her former Sobek Road address outside Edwall.

A Davenport man said a driver was driving in the wrong lane of Morgan Street and couldn’t stay in his travel lane.

A caller said his uncle was threatening to “kick his ass.”

Feb. 20

Traffic stops: 9

A caller said she rolled her vehicle at Batum and Davis Roads off Road 12 outside Odessa. A stop sign was hit down in the crash.

A commercial alarm was reported going off at the Harrington Haus.

A caller said a blue Suburban stopped in front of his shop, then saw his neighbor and drove off.

A suspicious silver van with a backpack under it was reported by a County Courthouse employee.

Wilbur School District employees reported a possible custody issue at the local school.

A 68-year-old man stuck in his bathtub was reported in Davenport.

A man who passed out while feeding his cows was reported.

A caller reported a dark truck with a canopy off a roadway.

A jail inmate was transported to Lincoln County from downtown Spokane.

A Lincoln County Jail inmate was transported to downtown Spokane.

A motion alarm was reported going off at a local home, but the homeowner said his dogs tripped the alarm.

A caller reported a disabled SUV on Highway 2 near Smart Road.

Wilbur School District administration reported a shot fired outside the school, but the noise turned out to be a vehicle that backfired.

A truck stuck in a field was reported at Highway 2 and Rambo Road.

A Visa card was found at Colville’s Gas Station in Reardan.

A Wilbur woman said there was a hair tightly wrapped around her newborn baby’s toe.

A Davenport man asked questions about his rights regarding his 6-year-old son.

A Reardan woman said a man was watching children play near the local Post Office.

A Wilbur woman said the town was threatening to fine her $300 a day because she had a dry box in front of her house after it suffered extensive water damage.

A Spokane woman said she got into her vehicle and heard something drop on the ground, then noticed the next day she was missing her pistol.

Traffic stops: 27

A registered sex offender check was performed near Crescent Road north of Reardan.

A Creston man said his neighbor kept coming onto his property and opening his gate on the 38300 block of Pinetree Lane.

A hit-and-run crash was reported on Highway 2 at milepost 265.

A Wilbur man said his ex-wife was making possibly false statements to a public servant and keeping his children from him.

A welfare check was requested in Odessa.

A caller said her friend had his vehicle stolen, with the perpetrator possibly heading toward Spokane.

A dog issue was reported on the 400 block of Alder Street in Odessa.

A car with a flat tire was reported on Highway 2 at milepost 241.

A disabled vehicle was reported outside Reardan.

Alleged sexual assault was reported in Reardan.

An Edwall man reported a white car parked near the intersection of the 52100 block of Titchenal Road.

Feb. 24

Traffic stops: 29

A Davenport woman said 10 to 15 people in their 20s were in her front yard climbing her tree on the 300 block of Sinclair Street.

A caller said a GMC was driving erratically westbound through Davenport, then started speeding toward the Telford Rest Area.

A caller said a sedan wrecked and was abandoned at a local intersection. Police found a car with a flat tire that appeared to have gone into a field near the reported location.

Cheney Police called to confirm a warrant on a man with multiple warrants for driving with a suspended license charges.

A Wilbur woman said a local youth was pushing children, but that youth’s mother said the original caller was her ex-husband’s girlfriend calling false charges.

A caller said a deer looked to have been hit and had both legs broken.

A Lincoln County Jail inmate was transported to Spokane County.

Feb. 21

Justin William Eyre, 42, Spokane. Arrested by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) on charges of third-degree driving with a suspended license and failure to apply for a transfer of ownership.

Feb. 22

Justin Michael Nicholson, 21, Tonasket. Booked from District Court on a domestic violence court order violation charge.

Feb. 24

Alexia Carol Hanway, 28, Nespelem. Booked from District Court on charges of third-degree driving with a suspended license and operating a vehicle without a license.

Angela Joy Hoxie, 44, Seven Bays. Arrested by LCSO on a charge of fourth-degree assault.

Dameon Jason Hurt, 25, Spokane. Arrested by LCSO on a charge of third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Dameon Jason Hurt, Spokane, third-degree driving with a suspended license. Sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served and 12 months supervised probation.

Justin Michael Nicholson, Omak, no-contact order violation. Sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served.

Mohammad Mustafa Negahi, hometown not listed, failure to sign vehicle registration. Fined $145.

Keith J. Butters, Chattaroy, reckless driving. Sentenced to 30 days in jail with credit for two days served, a $1,000 fine and 12 months supervised probation.

Criminal docket-Feb. 20-22

Rodney Dean Denley, who was found guilty of second-degree theft in Dec. 2023, was ordered to pay $1,400 through $100 monthly payments and any other judgement found in a pending civil matter in restitution to victim Sharon Burns.

Vincent M. Stevens, who is charged with driving under the influence and attempting to elude a police vehicle, failed to appear. A warrant was issued for his arrest with bail set at $20,000.

Joseph Lee Cooper, who is charged with possession of a stolen vehicle, attempting to elude a police vehicle and possession of a controlled substance, had his case continued to April 16.

Kenneth Wayne Slack, who is charged with two counts of second-degree possession of stolen

property, had his case continued to April 16.

Caden Marcus Maxwell, who is charged with second-degree theft and second-degree theft with an access device, had his case continued to March 12.
