NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CHANGE/TRANSFER OF WATER RIGHT UNDER

ONE (1) GROUND WATER CERTIFICATE STATE OF WASHINGTON DEPARTMENT OF ECOLOGY

TAKE NOTICE:

That Lyons Holding Company of Odessa, WA, has made application

for change/transfer of water right to add a point of withdrawal as granted under Ground Water Certificate No. G3-25114.

That Ground Water Certificate No. G3-25114 is issued for an additional 200 gallons per minute

only, and is in all other ways totally supplemental to Ground Water Certificate No. 2626-A. Total combined withdrawal under this certificate and Ground Water Certificate No. 2626-A shall not exceed 520-acre feet per year, from February 1 to November 30, each year, for seasonal irrigation of 125 acres.

That the authorized point of withdrawal is from a well located within the SE¼NE¼SW¼ of Sec. 9, T, 21 N.,

R. 33 E.W.M., Lincoln County, WA.

That the authorized place of use is with the E½SW¼ and W½SE¼ of Section 9, T. 21 N., R. 33 E.W.M.

That they propose to add a point of withdrawal to the NE¼SE¼ of Section 10, T. 21 N., R. 33 E.W.M.

All within Lincoln County, Washington.

of this application must include a detailed statement of the basis for objections; protests must be accompanied by a fifty-($50.00) dollar recording fee and filed with the Department of Ecology, at the address shown below, within thirty (30) days from
