Lincoln County is updating

the Zoning Regulations to include

provisions for the siting

of alternative energy facilities.

This update adds sections 17.14

Commercial Wind Energy Facility

Standards, 17.15 Commercial

Solar Energy Facility Standards

and re-numbers many other

sections for clarity.

under RCW 43.21C.030. This

decision was made after review

of a completed environmental

checklist and other information

on file with the lead agency.

This information is available to

the public on request. This DNS

is issued under 197-11- 340(2)

and the lead agency will not act

on this proposal for 14 days from

the date below. Comments must

be submitted by 3:30 PM March

27, 2024.
