March 4

Traffic stops: 22

A 911 hangup call came from a woman in the Davenport area. On a callback, the woman was revealed to have dementia and made the call in error.

A Lincoln County Jail inmate was transported to Spokane County on an Okanogan County warrant.

A 3-month-old baby with breathing issues was reported in Sprague.

A caller reported a possible drug overdose at the Sprague Motel.

A 16-year-old girl suffering a seizure was reported in Davenport.

A Stevenson man was taken into custody on a judge’s warrant.

An alarm was reported going off at Washington Federal Bank in Odessa.

A caller said she saw suspicious footprints in the snow on her driveway.

A Harrington woman said there was a vehicle in a field that appeared to have rolled.

A caller said a woman “on something” jumped in a pickup truck and left the Sprague Motel.

A caller requested a welfare check on his mother whom he said he hadn’t heard from.

March 5

Traffic stops: 28

A jail inmate was transported from Okanogan County to Spokane County, then to Lincoln County.

A caller reported one dead sheep in the road and three dead sheep in a pen south of the intersection of Telecky and Limestone Roads north of Canby.

A disabled vehicle was reported on Highway 28 at milepost 83.

A caller requested help unlocking her vehicle.

A Reardan man said he accessed a fake website and three people gained control of his computer and scammed him out of $2,000 in Walmart cash.

A caller said a truck drove through the grass and damaged it at the Black Bear Motel in Davenport.

Papers were served to a man in Grand Coulee.

Papers were served to a man in Odessa.

Papers were served on the 300 block of Division Street in Odessa.

A Reardan man said he was calling himself in because he kicked in his door to his house.

A commercial alarm was reported at National Green Cannabis in Davenport.

Traffic stops: 13

Two dogs running south on Eighth Street in Davenport were reported.

An abandoned Dodge Durango was reported half a mile east of Highway 231 on Magnuson Road.

A caller asked to turn in old firearms inherited from his father that weren’t in working condition.

A caller said he received a suspicious bill in the mail for a credit he didn’t own and suspected identity theft.

A Sprague man said another man was verbally assaulting his family and wouldn’t leave the house on the 300 block of Second Street.

Youths making false statements to police were reported in Reardan.

Papers were served to a woman on the 100 block of Central Street in Reardan.

A caller requested hulk slips on three vehicles.

A Davenport woman said her daughter left their Jefferson Street residence multiple times.

A Davenport woman said the train on Fitness Lane and Third Street didn’t have proper reflectors or signage.

A caller said he was passed by a white BMW being driven recklessly toward Wilbur.

A Lincoln County Jail inmate was transported to Romriell Family Dentistry in Davenport for a gum inspection.

A caller reported a small calf out at the Omans grain elevator.

A false alarm 911 call came from a bank in Odessa.

A caller requested a welfare check on her father whom she hadn’t heard from in five days.

A Sprague man reported a suspicious vehicle at the intersection of Gaffney Road and Highway 23 containing two people he said fled the scene when confronted.

A Edwall woman said her house was being burgled on the 52200 block of Sobek Road.

A Davenport man said the Care and Share building was unlocked with nobody there.

A fender bender was reported at Maxwell and Nicholls Streets in Davenport.

Papers were served to a man on Spring Canyon Road in Grand Coulee.

A man was arrested for driving under the influence on Highway 2 at milepost 261.

A Grand Coulee woman said she heard another woman was on her porch without permission.

A Harrington man said his neighbor dug up and disconnected his sewer line.

A commercial burglary alarm was reported at the Wilbur Mini Mart.

A Subaru in the ditch was reported on Highway 25 just north of Reinbold Road.

March 8

Traffic stops: 22

A one-vehicle crash was reported on the Little Falls hill north of Reardan.

Papers were served to a man on the 600 block of Merriam Street in Davenport.

Papers were served to a woman on the 600 block of Merriam Street in Davenport.

Illegally dumped tires were reported on Highway 23 and Gheres Road near Sprague.

A Wilbur man said his neighbor left his burn pile unattended and went to the bar.

A caller said a minivan stopped by his work truck, and when he got to the truck, his road equipment was missing.

A suspicious vehicle was reported in the Sandy’s parking lot in Wilbur.

A caller said a truck was trespassing on his property, but it turned out to be his electrician.

March 9

Traffic stops: 8

A front door alarm was tripped at the Mini Mart in Wilbur.

A caller said a teenager hit him on the hand.

A wanted man was detained near the Spokane County line.

A Wilbur woman said she saw a man hitting his children in front of the local school. The man was arrested on a child assault charge, according to police reports.

A flatbed truck crashing into a power box was reported on the 1500 block of Sinclair Street in Davenport.

A caller said she thought someone got into her barn through a slightly ajar window.

A motorcycle speeding 90 mph was reported westbound on Highway 2 into Davenport.

A caller said his trailer park neighbors kept letting their dogs onto his property.

A possibly drunk driver was reported on the shoulder of Highway 2 just west of Reardan.

Aaron Cresslie Jacobs, 33, Omak. Arrested by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) on a charge of third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Erick Isaias Velasquez, 30, Odessa. Arrested by LCSO on charges of refusing to comply with police, third-degree driving with a suspended license and an ignition interlock violation.

March 6

Lester William Kratz, 61, Spokane. Dept. of Corrections detainer.

March 7

Chris Michael Smith, 61, Spokane. Arrested by Washington State Patrol on a charge of driving under the influence.

March 8

Tyson Kenneth Cole, 44, Spokane. Arrested by LCSO on charges of operating a vehicle without insurance, third-degree driving with a suspended license and an ignition interlock violation.

Tashan Curtis Highpine, 37, Spokane. Dept. of Corrections detainer.

Sara Kay McArthur, 31, Spokane. Dept. of Corrections detainer.

Warren Roy Staves, 53, Spokane. Arrested by LCSO on a charge of first-degree theft.
