FOR VACATION OF ALLEY

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN

THAT:

1. A petition has been filed with

the Town of Odessa to vacate

the entire alley located in Block

11 of Trantum and Schoonovers

Addition to the Town of Odessa

said alley lying between May

Avenue and Warren Avenue.

2. The time and place fixed

for the public hearing on said petition

for vacation is as follows:

a. Time 7:00 pm

b. Date April 22, 2024

c. Place Community Center

– 21 E First Ave, Odessa, WA

The town hall is handicapped

accessible. Arrangements to

reasonably accommodate special

needs, including handicap

accessibility or interpreter, will

be made upon receiving twenty-

four (24) hour advance notice.
