COMMISSIONERS’ NOTICE

OF HEARING

In the matter of the Vacation

and Abandonment of a portion

of Main Street and a portion

of Adams Street platted in the

Township of Irby, located in

Lincoln County, Washington.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN

that the 6th day of May, 2024

at the hour of 10:00 A.M., in

the Commissioners Chambers

located on the lower level of

the Lincoln County Courthouse

in Davenport, Washington, has

been fixed as the time and place

for hearing upon the report

of the County Road Engineer

appointed in the matter of the

vacation and abandonment of

a portion of Main Street and

a portion of Adams Street, as

recommended in such report

being as follows:

Main Street and Adams Street,

A strip of land along blocks

three and four of Adams Street

and Main Street platted in the

Township of Irby located in the

northwest corner of Section 31,

T. 22, R. 32. Excluding the 60

feet of ROW of the existing Irby

Road (No. 11750).

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN

that all persons interested may

appear and be heard at such

hearing upon the report and

recommendation of the County

Road Engineer either to proceed

or not to proceed with such

vacation of such County Road.
