DAVENPORT - Some winning and losing streaks were extended, while others were snapped in baseball and softball action around Lincoln County in the last week.
After games that were completed by press time this week, Odessa baseball maintained the best local record at 8-4. No other area team is above .500.
Rivalry baseball and softball is on tap this weekend, as Davenport visits Reardan for a doubleheader at 2 p.m. Friday, April 19. And the Tigers are at home for the first time in over a month, hosting Waterville-Mansfield at noon Saturday, April 20.
