NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN

that a public hearing will be

held by the Town of Odessa in

the Community Center, 21 E 1st

Ave., Odessa, WA 99159, on

May 6, 2024, at 5:30 pm.

The purpose of the public hearing

is to discuss the variance for

the Odessa Trading Company

proposed fence height around

the property at 9 W Second Avenue

and corner of Alder Street.

Comments may also be submitted

in writing to the City Clerk’s

Office, until May 6, 2024, by

12:00 pm. The Council Chamber

is handicap accessible.
