NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN

that the Board of Lincoln County

Commissioners will conduct

a public hearing regarding an

application by Janet Barnhart to

classify certain real property as

open space/timber land for current

use classification pursuant

to RCW 84.34.

Said application involves certain

parcels of land located

as follows: S2 Section 14,

Township 27 North, Range 34

E.W.M., NW4 and all that ptn of

SW4NE4, lying west of County

Rd and all that ptn. N2NE4 lying

W of County Rd in Section 23,

Township 27 North Range 34

E.W.M. Parcel Nos. 2734-014-

800000 and 2734-023-200010.

The hearing will be held in the

Commissioners’ chambers on

the lower level of the Lincoln

County Courthouse, 450 Logan

Street, Davenport, Washington

on Monday, May 20, 2023 at

9:00 a.m.
