Traffic stops: 9

An Odessa man said he could hear someone shooting inside town limits.

An accidental medical alert for a 79-year-old female went off.

A caller said someone drove through his fence, tore up his field and left trash.

Two vehicles passing on blind corners and speeding on Highway 25 at milepost 13 were reported.

A caller said she couldn’t get ahold of her family in Davenport and was concerned they were in danger.

A Snohomish man said a woman was waving her arms around on Highway 2 at milepost 235.

A caller said he locked his keys in his car at the golf course in Wilbur.

A Spokane woman asked for a man to be trespassed from her in-laws’ residence on the 600 block of 12th Street in Davenport.

A caller said his 76-year-old wife was refusing to go to the hospital despite being covered in urine and feces.

A car with bad lane travel was reported on Highway 2 at milepost 255.

Traffic stops: 10

A 77-year-old man having trouble breathing was reported.

A city code violation was reported in Sprague.

A Davenport man said he believed someone broke into his apartment and hid his keys from him.

Vehicle trouble was reported at the County Courthouse.

A Sprague woman said a pit bull came into her yard and almost killed her dog.

A caller said her son in Odessa didn’t call her on Mother’s Day and wanted to make sure he had her new phone number.

A verbal argument was reported in Reardan.

May 14

Traffic stops: 4

An Egypt woman said a house may have been broken into on the 36400 block of Teel Hill Road.

Two Reardan men reported an abandoned Subaru parked by the Avista substation in Devil’s Gap.

A caller said the back door to Care and Share in Davenport was open.

A vehicle getting run off the road was reported on Highway 28.

A registered sex offender check was conducted in the Edwall area.

A Sprague man said he was possibly hacked.

A fire was reported on the 500 block of West Broadway Avenue in Reardan.

An Odessa man said a horse was loose in his field on Eagle Springs Road.

A Harrington woman said a young girl told her that her brother kicked and broke the bathroom door, so her mom locked him out and he gave her a black eye.

A Reardan man asked for someone to take him seriously before he “caused a lot of problems.”

Papers were served to a woman in Sprague.

Illegal dumping was reported in Reardan.

A Davenport woman requested a welfare check on the 100 block of Seventh Street.

A caller said her neighbor’s dogs were attacking her fence.

May 15

Traffic stops: 3

A cow on the road was reported on Highway 23 at milepost 45.

A Public Works employee reported a man stumbling around and lying down in the parking lot of Family Dollar in Davenport.

A Davenport woman reported a loose horse running around her property.

A caller reported a miniature horse running on the side of the highway.

A Reardan woman said her child was grabbed on the wrist by a school employee.

A Reardan woman reported two horses running near the intersection of Zwainz and Heath Roads.

A Sprague man said he was told people are breaking into the local motel and storing dogs in rooms.

A Reardan man said a man came up to his residence near Devil’s Gap Road with his girlfriend, who appeared to be under the influence, on an ATV claiming their vehicle was burned and they needed fuel.

A suspicious vehicle was reported on Smart and Lartzen Roads west of Creston.

Youths driving motorbikes were reported on Bald Ridge Road.

A Ford man said two people asked for gas in exchange for doing yardwork.

A caller said her neighbor broke into her apartment and spray painted her cabinets.

May 16

Traffic stops: 2

A jail inmate was transported from Wenatchee to Lincoln County.

A semitruck going off the roadway was reported on Kiner Road south of Almira.

A Davenport woman said someone pulled her fence stakes out, while the woman’s neighbor called to say the initial caller yelled obscenities at her about her fence and threatened to “beat her ass.”

A Davenport man said a trashcan was graffitied with obscenities about police at City Park.

A Davenport woman said her sons were misbehaving.

A caller said a sedan ran someone off the road on Highway 2 outside Davenport.

A caller said the wind was kicking up so much dust that Highway 231 should be closed.

A swerving Dodge was reported on Highway 25 at milepost 5.

Deputy assistance to repossess a vehicle was reported at the Lincoln Mill RV Park.

May 17

A 2-vehicle crash was reported on Highway 2 at Tramm Road outside Reardan.

A caller said a semi-wild mustang with white socks was in her yard.

An erratically driven Suzuki was reported near Wilbur.

A caller reported an elderly man sitting in the ditch near the intersection of Highway 231 and Waukon Road.

A car brake checking semitrucks was reported on Highway 174 at milepost 27.

A caller said her neighbor’s dog was disturbing the peace on 14th Street in Davenport.

A caller said someone stole his dog.

A Wilbur man said a Dodge pickup ran a lady off the road into the pasture between Bodeau and Douglas Roads.

A vehicle parked in the Mormon parking lot in Davenport was reported.

An abandoned vehicle was reported in the Davenport Safeway parking lot.

A caller said he saw bullets hitting the north side of the embankment on the Fishtrap exit off I-90.

An Edwall man said people were stalking the building he was staying in.

A 7-year-old child that fell playing basketball at Wild Goose Days in Wilbur was reported.

A Reardan man said someone identifying as “Superior Beetlestaff” told him to show up to a Sinclair Street address in Davenport.

A woman walking from Deer Park to Seattle to raise awareness for bone marrow disease was reported outside Davenport.

A 1-vehicle motorcycle crash was reported on Rocklyn Road.

A caller said a dog was neglected on Rocklyn Road.

A Deer Meadows man said his neighbor was yelling at him about violating PETA on the 42000 block of Quail Run Road.

A youth was arrested for allegedly stealing his father’s truck near Govan.

An Odessa woman said she was sleeping in her car because her boyfriend kicked her out of his Fourth Street house.

Criminal docket-May 14

Jonathan Ray Stocker, who was charged with five counts of first-degree possession of depictions of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct and one count of second-degree possession of depictions of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct, had his case dismissed after he was charged by U.S. Marshalls. The state may refile charges pending the federal case outcome.

Caden Marcus Maxwell was convicted of second-degree theft and was sentenced to 30 days in jail.

Jesse Randall Smith was convicted of harassment with the threat to kill and was sentenced to 15 days in jail and 12 months of community custody.

Erica Rosanne Newell, who is facing extradition to Montana where she is charged with reckless driving, driving under the influence, obstructing a peace officer, resisting arrest and escape, had her case continued to May 21.

Adam Thomas Everett, who is charged with felony cyber harassment, hired a new attorney and had his case continued to May 21. He also had a case involving a stalking charge continued to June 11.

Shannon Davette Awtrey, who is charged with second-degree burglary, had her case continued to Aug. 20.

Kristina Marie Keys, who is charged with second-degree identity theft and third-degree defrauding a public utility, had her case continued to Aug. 6.

Rielee Jean Smith, who is charged with second-degree theft, had her case continued to Aug. 20.

Jesus M. Soto, who is charged with first-degree unlawful firearm possession, had his case continued to July 16.
