• David Robert Rickard, reckless endangerment. Defendant shall not drive a motor vehicle without a license. Defendant shall not drive without proof of liability insurance. The charge of driving while under the influence dismissed without prejudice.
• Cole Tyson Kenneth, third-degree driving while license suspended and driving without an interlock device. Sentenced to 90 days in jail, 86 suspended. Fined $1,000, with $1,000 suspended. Sentenced to 4 days in jail, credited with 4 days time served. Defendant must pay a $43 criminal conviction fee and a $350 probation monitoring fee. Public defender fee waived.

• Hao Yang, amending speeding 30 mph over limit down charge to speeding 19 mph over limit. $196 fine.
