HEARING OF VACATION OF STREET

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Davenport, Lincoln County, Washington, will hold a hearing on a request by Insula, LLC, to vacate a portion of 10th Street and the abutting alleyway setback. Insula Inc intends to use the acquired ROW for setback purposes and parking for an 8-plex residential complex.

The property is described as that portion of city right of way known as the north one hundred (100’) foot by eighty (80’) foot right of way of 10th Street located north of Ross Street and limited to the west frontage of Lot 10, Block 74, Essig’s Addition to the City of Davenport.

The alleyway portion of the vacation is one hundred fifty feet (150’) by fifteen (15’) foot wide right of way (ROW) of the alley located east of 10th Street and limited to the north frontage of Lots 8,9, & 10, Block 74, Essig’s Addition to the City of Davenport, Lincoln County.

That said the hearing will be at the Davenport City Council Chambers, 411 Morgan Street, by the Council of the City of Davenport, Washington, at 7:05 P.M. on Wednesday, July 24, 2024.

ANY PERSONS having questions, objections or suggestions concerning the vacation of said street and alleyway ROW shall appear and present the same orally or in writing.
