DAVENPORT — The Lincoln County District Court showed the following dispositions from July 3-9:

• Peter M. Rossman, trailer license plate/registration violation and non-functioning signal lights citations dismissed with prejudice.
• Nio Arcenio Denobrega, guilty of third-degree driving while license suspended, second-degree operating a vehicle without a license and reckless endangerment. Defendant sentenced to 364 days in jail on count II, 358 suspended; and 364 days in jail on count III, 358 suspended. Defendant fined $5,000 on both counts II and III; $5,000 suspended on count II and $4,750 suspended on count III. Defendant sentenced to 6 days in jail, with 6 days credited for time already served. Supervised probation ordered for 12 months. Defendant is required to pay $250 in fine and $450 probation/monitoring fee, for a total of $700. He is ordered not to violate a law or have any alcohol-related infractions. Driver is required to have a valid license and proof of insurance.
