July 14
Traffic Stops: 17
A man called at 12:53 p.m. to report that he had “got into it” with his neighbors about his golf cart.
A person called at 2:03 p.m. to report a dog bite
LCSO received reports of a deer Vs. Vehicle at 10:08 p.m. The deer was injured and on the side of the road.

Traffic Stops: 10
A woman called to report a female German Shepherd running around the Safeway parking lot.
A citizen called at 3:38 p.m. to request a deputy to unlock his red Ford pickup in front of his house for his brother
A woman called 911 at 4:38 p.m. from the Hospital in Spokane to request if an officer could go to her male friend’s house in Odessa and tell him to call her because she is going to have surgery soon and wants him to be aware
A man called at 9:08 p.m. to report someone poking around an abandoned house about half a mile north of his house on Hopp Road. The man said there is a dark blue or black Subaru at the abandoned house.
July 16
Traffic Stops: 6
A man called at 6:44 a.m. requesting contact from a deputy. He advised that his father died over the weekend and had a house in Creston. Now, his uncle was at the house, cleaning out the house and taking everything.
A civilian called at 9:03 a.m. to advise that someone hit a deer on the highway near their house and left it with some debris in the roadway.
A woman called at 3:14 p.m. to report a man at the gravesite with two pit bulls off-lease
A man called at 9:35 p.m. to report an open campfire at the adjacent campsite
July 17

A woman called 911 at 11:04 a.m., reporting that her husband was controlling her computer with a certain long-range computer device
A person called at 4:46 p.m. reporting that he thought a woman was being forced into a silver BMW
A civilian called at 7:46 p.m., stating that a man was screaming and yelling at the reporting party over a sprinkler
July 18
Traffic Stops: 11
At 1:17 p.m., a 911 hangup call was received from a woman reporting that she believed her neighbors were fighting and that the male possibly hit the female
A woman called at 2:05 P.M. to report that a man took $20 from her
A man called at 2:48 p.m., stating that another man was making comments about killing himself. He stated that he is not going back to jail
At 3:57 p.m., a lady approached the window and requested to talk to a deputy. Her son has special needs, and would like to familiarize him with law enforcement
A woman called 911 at 11:10 p.m. to report cars driving by her house at highway speeds and people standing in front of her door; she couldn’t see them from a window.
July 19
Traffic Stops: 10
A man called at 1:19 p.m. to see if a deputy would check on his mother, who possibly has dementia. He said he had not heard from her since February.
A woman called at 3:50 p.m., stating that phone coverage was very spotty and that her 18-foot white boat with blue accents had broken down south of Fort Spokane.
A man called at 5:48 p.m. advising that he thinks his wife is in violation of their protection order. He stated that he could see the house she was currently in.
July 20
Traffic Stops: 10
A woman called 911 at 7:10 a.m. to request a deputy respond to her area. A male subject was walking around with a gas can, and she lived alone.
A civilian called at 8:37 a.m., stating that a new person was in the area, and they always raced around, going over the speed limit and driving “crazy.” They advised that there was about an 8-year-old kid flying around.
A man called at 1:04 p.m. to report that sometime in the night, someone broke into his 1990 Ford truck and stole the registration and the tabs of the plates
A man called at 4:20 p.m. to report a cow on the loose in the roadway

A civilian called at 2:26 a.m. reporting a commercial burglary alarm set off at Wonder Mini Mart on West Main Avenue in Wilbur
A woman called at 8:46 a.m. to advise that she could see an open fire across the street
A woman called at 1:06 p.m. to report that her son was assaulted last night at a house on Four Corners
A civilian called at 3:11 p.m. to report that her neighbors had been filming her from inside their house while she was in her backyard
A woman called 911 at 5:14 p.m. to report that during an argument, her daughter punched her in the head multiple times
A woman called at 6:56 p.m. to request a deputy to contact a person who has been harassing her and logging into her Instagram account
A civilian called at 7:25 p.m. to report a man was hitchhiking out of Davenport, and the reporting party believed the hitchhiker took her friend’s phone without permission
