Miles Creston Road rebuild begins

DAVENPORT — The Lincoln County Public Works Department has announced a speed limit reduction to 30 miles per hour between Highway 2 and Welch Creek during the ongoing Miles Creston Road Project.

Additionally, Miles Creston Road was closed to the public on Wednesday, July 10, for construction.

The closure is expected to last until approximately December 1.

Construction extends from Highway 2 eastward to the intersection of Copenhaver Road.
