Aug. 20

Brandon Phillip Searles, 40, of Sprague, sentenced for third-degree driving while license suspended and operating a vehicle with registration/certification canceled or refused. For driving on a suspended license, he was sentenced to 90 days in jail, with 90 suspended; and a $1,000 fine, with $750 suspended. For the registration offense, he was sentenced to 364 days in jail, with 364 suspended; and a $5,000 fine, with $5,000 deferred. He was also sentenced to 12 months probation and a $300 probation fee.

Aug. 19

Seth Wagner pleaded guilty to an amended lesser charge. His speeding ticket for 5 mph over the limit was reduced to failure to sign registration. Fined $114.

Evan Yorder pleaded guilty to an amended lesser charged. His speeding ticket for 22 mph over the limit was reducted to failure to sign registration. Fined $227.
