Lincoln County Noxious Weed Control Board

Full-Time Program Assistant Position Available

Application deadline: September 19, 2024, before 12:00 PM

Must have good payroll & bookkeeping experience & proficient in MS office and have good public relation skills.

Brief description: Prepares payroll, expense vouchers, generates quarterly tax reports, and W-2’s. Take & prepare board meeting minutes. Answer phones, maintain records, type letters and keep website updated. Assist Coordinator in education seminars & managing employees. Attend meetings & office trainings. Uphold the RCW 17.10.

Desired qualifications: Knowledge of noxious weed & herbicides.

Must acquire a Washington State Public Operators Pesticide License and a Notary license. Must have a high school diploma and possess a valid WA driver’s license.

Benefits: Starting salary is $45,000.00. Medical & 401K plan. Vacation & sick leave.
