SURPLUS PROPERTY

Lincoln County Fire Protection District # 3, Odessa WA, has declared the following to be surplus property: 1) 2011 Altec 40ft. bucket attachment. The attachment is currently mounted on a 2011 International truck. The successful bidder will be responsible for removing bucket attachment from said truck in a professional manner, and will be required to provide all tools and equipment to perform removal. Removal shall occur in LCFPD #3’s yard located at 108 East Railroad ave. in Odessa WA, unless other arrangements are made and agreed to by all parties.

Any damage to said truck occurring during the removal process shall be the responsibility of the party removing attachment and shall be repaired by or paid for by the said party. Also, successful bidder will be required to sign a hold harmless agreement for the protection of LCFPD # 3.

Sealed bids must be submitted by 3:00 PM on September 11th,2024, at the law office of Victoria Iverson, P. O. Box 667, W. 24 1st Ave, Odessa WA 99159 and opening of such bids shall be later that day at 8:15 PM, during the regular monthly meeting of LCFPD # 3 at said law office.
