RITZVILLE — J.C. Merriott of Reardan was the only rider to complete a qualified bull ride during the Aug. 30 and 31 Ritzville Rodeo.
As a result, he took home $1,250 in prize money from the 54th annual event. That was the most money paid out in a single event at the rodeo.
