Determination of Non Significance Lead agency: Town of Reardan in cooperation with the Reardan-Edwall School District

Description of proposal: This is a non-project action for the Reardan Cooperative Comprehensive Parks Plan.

The Reardan-Edwall School District (RESD) and the Town of Reardan (Town) have prepared a Cooperative Comprehensive Parks Plan to plan for the future ofReardan’s parks and outdoor athletic facilities (parks, trails,

athletic fields, outdoor courts, playgrounds, recreation facilities, etc., and all resources available to the school, town and region including facilities used by youth teams, school teams, adult teams, senior groups, etc).

Proponent: Town of Reardan & Reardan-Edwall School District

Location of proposal: Town of Reardan and Reardan-Edwall School District boundaries.

The lead agency for this proposal has determined that this proposal will not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment. An environmental impact statement (EIS) is not required under RCW 43.21 C.030.

This decision was made after review of a completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the lead agency. This information is available to the public on Request from the Reardan Town Hall and

Reardan-Edwall School District Administration Office.

This DNS is issued under WAC 197-11-340(2); the lead agency will not act on this proposal for at least 15 days from the date below. Comments must be submitted by: October 17, 2024.
