Steven Thomas Podkranic of Wilbur, violation of a protection order. Sentenced to 364 days in jail, 361 suspended, three remaining days converted to 24 hours of community service. Probation of 24 months; probation fee $550. Fined $5,000, with $4,270 suspended.

Everett Ocazelle Fisher, driving while under the influence. Case dismissed without prejudice.

Jacquelynn St. Peter, failure to stop/obey officer, 90 days in jail, 80 suspended. Credit for 10 days served. Fined $1,000 with $1,000 suspended. Probation for 12 months; probation fee of $250. Charge of third-degree driving while license suspended dismissed.

Michael I. Miller of Davenport, modify probation/supervision/sentence for driving while under the influence. Sentenced to 334 days in jail, 289 suspended. Fined $3,500.
