The northern lights, scientifically called Aurora Borealis, were visible last Thursday and Friday night from Lincoln County. Pictured, the colorful sky is visible from a home on 13th Street in Davenport at about 7:30 p.m. Thursday. The northern lights were also faintly visible Sunday evening.
