CITY OF Harrington NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR DISSOLUTION OF THE Harrington PUBLIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY

On October 30th, 2024, at or after 7:00PM the Harrington City Council will hold a Public Hearing to discuss the dissolution of the Harrington Public Development Authority at Harrington City Hall at 1 N 3rd. Per Harrington City Ordinance #433, enacted July 9th, 2003, calls for a Public Hearing to be held affording the Authority a reasonable opportunity to be heard and present testimony before being dissolved. Citizens are encouraged to attend the hearing or submit written questions or concerns regarding dissolution of the Public Development Authority.
