VACANT COUNCIL POSITION

for Harrington City Council #4

The City of Harrington will be filling a vacant Council member position on the Harrington City Council. Candidates should expect to serve through the next election cycle, ending at the end of 2025. Position #4 will again be on the Ballot in 2025 to serve the balance of the 4-year term that will be completed at the end of 2027.

If interested, you are encouraged to write a Letter of Interest to the City Council requesting consideration of your appointment. All applicants shall be residents of Harrington for at least one year, and a registered voter in the City of Harrington.

Letter(s) of Interest must be received by the City Clerk/Treasurer by mail or in person at City Hall 1 North 3rd, PO Box 492, Harrington, WA 99134 by October 25th, 2024. Appointment to this position maybe be possible as early as the October 30, 2024, Harrington Council Meeting.
