Davenport - The Lincoln County Sheriff's Office reported the following calls for service Sept. 29-Oct. 13.

Oct. 6
Traffic Stop: 6
1:44 a.m. – Female reported being behind a train "trapped" and can't turn around, she stated shes been honking for 20 minutes and doesn't think the train will move and is requesting assistance to back down the hill and turn around.
12:12 a.m. – Fire reported even though burn ban is still in effect.
2:38 p.m. – Non-injury two vehicle collision on 523 West Main St, Wilbur.
4:48 p.m. – Report of two drones outside of her daughters window at Regent st, Wilbur.
6:32 p.m. – Disabled vehicle who was refilling oil.
7:50 p.m. – Injured or dead dear in the lane of travel on Highway 28.
8:12 p.m. – Unknown cause of commercial alarm activation at the Davenport Exxon.

6:53 a.m. – Report of a vehicle parked outside of a business with out of state plates.
7:28 p.m. – Abandoned vehicle that was later towed.

4:18 p.m. – Commercial alarm activated.
4:36 p.m. – Red pickup reported on the side of Highway 2, hazard lights are activated and the driver was slumped over on the wheel.
5:28 p. m. – Vehicle ran out of gas, Wilbur.
7:08 p.m. – Unknown vehicle in the callers mothers driveway on 310 East First St trailer 5, Sprague.
7:37 p.m. – Abandoned vehicle a few hundred yards off of the Highway.
10:33 p.m. – Callers furnace was set at 75 degrees and didn't know how to fix it, officer responded and she explained her landlord claimed he could do it but "doesn't believe the landlord has the knowledge to fix the issue at hand".

8:22 a.m. – Three ID's were found at Kathy's Market, Sprague.
8:35 a.m. – Reported that there were some kids building a fork in the woods and wasn't sure what to do, Davenport.

9:30 a.m. – Caller reported their wallet missing from Family foods, 204 Seventh St, Yakima.

District Court
Davenport - Lincoln County District Court reported the following sentencings/dispositions from Oct. 10-14:
Oct. 10
• Kellie Dawn Holmes, 48, of Post Falls, Idaho, stalking-domestic violence and cyber-harassment-domestic violence. Sentenced to 364 days on first charge, with 358 suspended, and 364 days on second charge, with 358 suspended. Fined $5,000 on first charge, with $4,000 suspended; and $5,000 on second charge, with $5,000 suspended. Five days in jail converted to 40 hours community service. Must report to jail Oct. 25 for remainder of sentence. Probation of 24 months, with a $450 probation monitoring fee and a $43 criminal conviction fee. Must undergo mental health evaluation.
• Billy J. Bragg of Almira, second-degree reckless burning. Sentenced to 364 days in jail, 359 suspended, and $5,000 fine with $4,500 suspended. Fives day of jail ordered, with four converted to 32 hours of community service. Probation of 12 months with $300 monitoring fee.
• Cardelario Rojas of Royal City, prosecuting attorney order modifying probation/supervision/sentencing for second-degree driving while license suspended. Sentenced to 334 days in jail, with 45 imposed home-monitoring and 289 suspended. Fined $4,500, $750 imposed and $3,750 remaining.
• Jacquelynn A. St. Peter, 24, of Spokane, sentenced for third-degree malicious mischief and third-degree theft. Sentenced to 364 days in jail, 363 suspended, $5,000 fine, with $5,000 suspended. One day of jail converted to 8 hours community service. Monitoring fee of $300 for 12 months probation. Restitution of $258.
Oct. 14
• Nickolas David Howe, prosecuting attorney amended traffic charge down to safety belt violation. Fine, $114. Proof of insurance violation dismissed.
• Michael Andrew Gunion, 20, of Spokane, driver under age 21 consume alcohol/cannabis, sentenced to 90 days in jail, 89 suspended and credit for 1 day served; fined $1,000, $600 suspended. 12 months probation, $250 probation monitoring fee and $43 criminal conviction fee. Must attend DUI victims panel and undergo alcohol/drug evaluation.
