District Court

Davenport — Lincoln County District Court reported the following case dispositions from Oct. 24:

• Lyle Monroe Gullard of Wilbur, hit-and-run unattended. Sentenced to 90 days in jail, 88 suspended and credited for 2 days served. Fined $1,000 with $1,0000 suspended. Probation of 12 months, monitoring fee of $200. Restidentution of $480.06. Must not violate the law and comply with mandatory ignition interlock requirements. Charge of driving while under the influence dismissed by prosecuting attorney’s office. In a separate case, Gullard was convicted of driving while under the influence, sentenced to 364 days in jail, 345 suspended, credited 14 days for time served. He was fined $5,000, $3,800 suspended. Must pay a $250 alcohol-violator fee and $103 criminal traffic fee. Probation of 5 years ordered, $1,200 monitoring fee. He is prohibited from violating the law and must comply with mandatory ignition interlock requirements. In addition, he must undergo a substance use disorder evaluation, enroll in a DUI victim’s panel and not use any drugs or alcohol.

• John Henry Albers of Spokane, second-degree operating a motor vehicle without a license. Sentenced to 364 days in jail, 361 suspended, $5,000 fine, $4,750 suspended. Three days in jail converted to 24 hours of community service. Must pay $43 criminal traffic fee and $350 probation monitoring fee for 12 months probation.

• Kaitlyn Jo Royer of Spokane, driving while under the influence. Sentenced to 364 days in jail, 363 suspended; fined $5,000, $4,000 suspended. Report to jail for one day on Nov. 9. Must pay $250 alcohol-violator fee, $43 criminal conviction fee, $103 criminal traffic fee and $1,200 monitoring fee for 5-year probation. She must not violate the law and is required to comply with ignition interlock regulations. She must complete a substance use disorder evaluation and attend DUI victim’s panel. She is prohibited from using alcohol or drugs. In addition, she was sentenced for a traffic infraction of speeding 22 mph over limit and fined $227.

• Naomi Nissa Warren of Inchelium, driving while license suspended case dismissed by prosecuting attorney’s office.

• Ahmed Elsa Elkherwely of Spokane, failure to transfer title within 45 days case dismissed by prosecuting attorney’s office.

• Jessica M. Houghton of Reardan, reckless driving. Sentenced to 364 days in jail, 363 suspended; $5,000 fine, with $3,800 suspended. Reported for 1 day in jail on Oct. 29. Probation set for 24 months, with a $450 monitoring fee. If driving, she must submit to a reasonable request for a blood-alcohol test and comply with ignition interlock requirements. She must be evaluated for substance abuse disorder and attend a DUI victim’s panel. She is prohibited from using drugs, alcohol and marijuana.

• Roderick Demetr Shanks of Spokane, third-degree driving while license suspended. Sentenced to 90 days in jail, 90 suspended, and fined $1,000, with $1,000 suspended. Probation ordered for 12 months; monitoring fee $300.

• Tyler Mark Brown of Spokane, third-degree driving while license suspended. Sentenced to 90 days in jail, 86 suspended; fined $1,000, with $700 suspended. Must serve 2 days in jail starting Nov. 15; two more days in jail converted to 16 hours community service. Must pay a criminal conviction fee of $43 and a probation monitoring fee of $350 for 12 months probation.

• Diane Elaine Reuter of Davenport, convicted of first-degree reckless driving (amended down from driving under the influence). Sentenced to 364 days in jail, 363 suspended. Fined $5,000, $4,000 suspended. Must report for one day in jail on Nov. 1. Must also pay a DUI emergency response reimbursement of $208.88 and a $450 probation monitoring fee for 24-month probation. Driver must have a valid drivers license and proof of insurance, submit to reasonable breath-analysis tests, not violate the law and comply with ignition interlock requirements. She must undergo a substance use disorder evaluation, complete a DUI victim’s panel and is prohibited from using alcohol, drugs or marijuana.

• Tanisha Rochelle Chapple of Spokane, prosecuting attorney’s order modifying probation/supervision/sentence for third-degree driving while license suspended. Sentenced to 88 days in jail, 2 imposed. Fined $1,000, $200 imposed.

• Michael O. Ward of Wilbur, third-degree malicious mischief. Sentenced to 364 days in jail, 363 suspended; fined $5,000 with $5,000 suspended. Served 1 day in jail beginning Oct. 24. Probation ordered for 2 years with monitoring fee of $250. Must attend domestic violence program, and go to alcohol/drug evaluation. Charge of fourth-degree assault-domestic violence dismissed by prosecuting attorney’s office. In a second case, ward was convicted of fourth-degree assault-domestic violence and sentenced to 364 days in jail, 350 suspended, and fined $5,000, with $4,000 suspended. Ordered to serve concurrent jail time of 14 days beginning Oct. 24. He is prohibited from using drugs, alcohol and marijuana. Additional 24 months of probation ordered, with a monitoring fee of $250.

• Sharene Mari Heisler of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, third-degree driving while license suspended. Sentenced to 90 days in jail, 90 suspended, $1,000 fine, with $1,000 suspended. Probation ordered for 12 months with a monitoring fee of $300.

• Alexander Jeffrey Divincy of Davenport, prosecuting attorney’s order modifying probation/supervision/sentence for DUI. Sentenced to 363 days in jail, 10 imposed. Must report to jail Nov 3. Suspended fine of $4,000, $250 imposed.

• John Andrew Long II of Moses Lake, prosecuting attorney’s order modifying probation/supervision/sentence for second-degree criminal trespassing and third-degree driving while license suspended. Ordered to 89 days in jail, 89 suspended, and fined $1,000, with $50 imposed.
