Trial dates set for four men

DAVENPORT — Trial dates have been set for four men arrested in connection with two separate crimes this month.

During an Oct. 29 continued arraignment in Lincoln County Superior Court, Austin Andrew Anderson, 24, of Davenport, was officially charged with first-degree voyeurism.

The judge set his trial for Jan. 8; a readiness hearing is set for Dec. 17.

Anderson is accused of filming sex acts with his girlfriend over hear objections.

In the other crime, three men accused of breaking into a cell tower site near Sprague were arraigned.

Justin Curtis Himes, 48, and Joshua Mason True, 44, both of Irrigon, Ore., and Jason John Trickel, 44, of Hermiston, Ore., were arragined on second-degree burglary charges.

They all face a Dec. 18 trial, with a pre-trial readiness hearing set for Nov. 26.
