DISTRICT Court

Davenport — Lincoln County District Court reported the following case dispositions from Nov. 7-12:

Nov. 7

Christopher E. Frumknecht, third-degree theft. Sentenced to 364 days in jail, 304 suspended and 14 days credit for time served. Fined $5,000; $5,000 suspended. Probation ordered for 24 months, with a monitoring fee of $450. Must pay $85 restitution to Kathy’s Market in Sprague.

Destiny D. Shaules, prosecuting attorney dismissed charges of third-degree driving while license suspended, ignition interlock violation and no valid operator’s license.

Destiny Delores Dill of Spokane, second-degree operating a vehicle without ignition interlock and third-degree driving while license suspended. On the first charge, sentenced to 364 days in jail, with 334 days suspended and 1 day credit for time served, and fined $5,000, $5,000 suspended. On the second charge, sentenced to 90 days in jail, with 90 suspended and fined $1,000, with $1,000 suspended. Probation ordered for 24 months, with a monitoring fee of $450.

Samuel Joseph Peppinger, two counts of hit-and-run unattended. Sentenced to 90 days in jail, with 85 suspended on both charges, with credit for 5 days time served on both. Fined $1,000 per charge, with $1,000 suspended per charge. Probation ordered for 12 months. In addition, guilty of driving while under the influence. Sentenced to 364 days in jail, with 352 suspended and 12 days credit for time served. Fined $5,000, with $4,000 suspended. Probation ordered for 5 years with a monitoring fee of $1,200. Must pay an alcohol violator fee of $250 and a criminal traffic fee of $103.00. Must comply with ignition interlock requirements, be evaluated for substance use disorder and enroll in a DUI victim’s panel.

Theodore Thomas Fowler of Airway Heights, third-degree driving while license suspended. Sentenced to 90 days in jail, 88 suspended. Fined $1,000, $750 suspended. Probation ordered for 12 months, monitoring fee of $350.

Nov. 5

Nate Ryan Tikke, prosecuting attorney’s order modifying probation/supervision/sentence for fourth-degree assault-domestic violence. Sentenced to 362 days in jail, 15 imposed with credit for 1 day served. Fined $5,000.

Devin Andrew Rushing of Fruitland, third-degree driving while license suspended. Sentenced to 90 days in jail, 90 suspended. Fined $1,000, $800 suspended. Probation ordered for 12 months, with a $300 monitoring fee.

Miller Sher Van Stone of Cheney, third-degree driving while license suspended. Sentenced to 90 says in jail, with 18 suspended and 1 day credit for time served. Fined $1,000, with $750 suspended. Probation ordered for 12 months, with a monitoring fee of $300.
