HARRINGTON — Mark the calendars for a day of festive cheer and family fun at Harrington Hometown Christmas on Thursday, Dec. 7.
This annual event, running from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., offers activities and entertainment for all ages, with Santa photos, a holiday bazaar, caroling, food, drinks, local shopping and more.
Santa will make a grand entrance on a fire truck at 10 a.m. and will be available for visits and photos at the Opera House from 10:15 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Visitors are asked to use the Willis Street entrance for Santa visits. Photos with Santa are available by suggested donation and children will receive goodie bags.
Other highlights include Santa Land Bingo with exciting gift prizes, live music, and the HOHS Holiday Rummage fundraiser featuring seasonal décor and other items from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
From 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., the festivities will culminate in a free Harrington Haus Tree of Giving Holiday Fundraiser featuring a performance by the Hawk Creek Band.
