PUBLIC NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO APPROPRIATE PUBLIC WATERS
TAKE NOTICE:
That Thomas and Barbara Duenwald of Davenport, WA on October 30, 2024, under Water Right Application No. S3-30996, filed for a permit to appropriate public surface water, subject to existing rights, from Mule Deer Spring for year-round use in the amount of .011 cubic feet per second (cfs) for single domestic use and stockwater.
The source of the proposed appropriation and proposed place of use is located within the N½N½ of Section 4, T. 26 N., R. 38 E.W.M., within Lincoln County, WA.

Protests to this application must include a detailed statement of the basis for the objections. Protests must be accompanied with a fifty dollar ($50.00) non-refundable recording fee.
