VACANT COUNCIL POSITION for Harrington City Council #1

The City of Harrington will be filling a vacant Council member position on the Harrington City Council. Candidates should expect to serve through the next election cycle, ending at the end of 2025. Position #1 will again be on the Ballot in 2025 to serve the balance of the 4-year term that will be completed at the end of 2027.

If interested, you are encouraged to write a Letter of Interest to the City Council requesting consideration of your appointment. All applicants shall be residents of Harrington for at least one year, and a registered voter in the City of Harrington.

Letter(s) of Interest must be received by the City Clerk/Treasurer by mail or in person at City Hall 1 North 3rd, PO Box 492, Harrington, WA 99134 by January 22, 2025, by 5:00PM. Appointment to this position maybe be possible as early as the January 22, 2025, Harrington Council Meeting at 7:00PM
