NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR SEASONAL CHANGE/TRANSFER OF WATER RIGHT UNDER ONE (1) SUPERSEDING GROUND WATER CERTIFICATE

TAKE NOTICE:

That Stahl HB Trust of Ritzville, WA, has made application for SEASONAL change/transfer of water right in order to change the place of use and add/change the points of withdrawal as granted under Superseding Ground Water Certificate No. G3-21504.

That Superseding Ground Water Certificate No. G3-21504 authorizes the withdrawal of 2000 gallons per minute, 890-acre feet per year, from April 1 to October 30, each year, for the seasonal irrigation of 902 acres.

That authorized points of withdrawal are from two wells located within the SW¼NE¼ of Section 24, T. 22

N., R. 31 E.W.M. and NW¼NW¼ of Section 30, T. 22 N., R. 32 E.W.M., Lincoln County, WA.

That the authorized place of use is located within the S½ of Section 13; SE¼NE¼ of Section 23; the N½ and SE¼ and the NE¼NE¼SW¼ of Section 24; ALL in T., 22 N., R. 31 E.W.M. AND W½NW¼NW¼ of Section 30,

T. 22 N., R. 32 E.W.M., Lincoln County, WA.

That they propose to add six points of withdrawal located within Well 1) NE¼NE¼ of Section 14; Well 2 & 3) NW¼SE¼ and SE¼NE¼ of Section 24; Well 4) SE¼SW¼ of Section 19 all within T. 19 N., R. 31 E.W.M. and Well 5) SE¼SW¼ of Section 19 and Well 6) SW¼SW¼ of Section 30 both within T. 19 N., R. 32 E.W.M., Adams County, WA.

That they propose to change the place of use to 652 acres in the S½ of Section 13; N½ and SE¼ of Section 24; ALL within T. 22 N., R. 31 E.W.M. and W½NW¼NW¼ of Section 30, T. 22 N., R. 32 E.W.M., Lincoln County, WA and 125 acres to the NE¼ of Section 34, 62.5 acres to the SW¼ of Section 25 and 62.5 acres to the S½SE¼ and SE¼SW¼ of Section 26, ALL in T. 19 N., R. 31 E.W.M., Adams County, WA.

All within Lincoln and Adams County, Washington.

Protests or objections to approval of this application must include a detailed statement of the basis for objections; protests must be accompanied by a fifty-($50.00) dollar recording fee and filed with the Department of Ecology, at the address shown below, within thirty (30) days from
