REARDAN — After the holiday break, students across Lincoln County will return to school starting Monday, Jan. 6, with Odessa, Davenport and Harrington school resuming classes.
Reardan-Edwall school district students will return to the classroom one day later, on Tuesday, Jan. 7.
The new year brings an exciting semester of learning and activities for students in these districts, with teachers and staff preparing for the return of their students.
Students and families in the Reardan-Edwall district will have one extra day of rest before resuming classes. The district has been preparing to start the semester with a variety of new activities and opportunities for students.
In addition to the usual classes, Reardan-Edwall Elementary is adding some new activities for students this year.
Starting in January, the Parent Involvement and Education (P.I.E) committee will host two Popcorn Fridays each month.
These will take place on the second and fourth Friday of every month, with the first scheduled for Friday, Jan. 10.
The Reardan-Edwall School Store will also be open on Thursdays and Fridays from 7:30 a.m. to 8 a.m.
