Jesse Randall Smith, Nine Mile Falls, three counts of antiharassment/protection order violation with a fourth count of antiharassment/protection order violation that was dismissed. For the three non-dismissed counts, the sentence is suspended for 24 months on the following conditions: count 1: 364 days of jail with 314 days suspended and a fine of $5,000 with $5,000 suspended. Count 2:364 days of jail with 314 days suspended and a fine of $5,000 with $5,000 suspended. Count 3: 364 days of jail with 314 days suspended and a fine of $5,000 with $5,000 suspended. Serve a total of 50 days in jail with credit for 21 days served. The criminal conviction fee $43. Probation/Monitoring fee $450.

David K. Slater, two counts of harassment DV, Dismissed without prejudice.

Shawn A. Holman, Spokane, Assault 4th-DV, False statement to a public servant and disorderly conduct. Amended to dismiss the disorderly conduct charge. The sentence is suspended for 12 months on the following conditions: Serve 90 days of jail with 66 days suspended and a fine of $1000 with $1000 suspended. Serve a total of 24 days in jail with credit for 24 days served. Fined $200 for probation and a monitoring fee.

K C Lee Kimberling, disorderly conduct obstruction. The sentence is suspended for 12 months on the following conditions: Serve 90 days of jail with 90 days suspended and a fine of $1,000 with $1,000 suspended. Jail sentences are concurrent with all other commitments.

Trista Ward-Green, Spokane, Sell/Give tobacco/vapor to an underage person. Serve 364 days of jail with 364 days suspended and a fine of $5,000 with $4,700 suspended.

Brian James Gunning, Davenport, Theft 3. The sentence is suspended for 12 months on the following conditions: Serve 364 days of jail with 362 days suspended and a fine of $5,000 with $5,000 suspended. Serve a total of 2 days in jail with credit for 0 days served, and 2 days are converted to 16 hours of community service. Restitution is to be open for 90 days. Probation and monitoring fee $300.

Karl Jack Bretz, Davenport, two counts of littering greater than 1 cubic yard; the sentence is deferred for 3 months on the following conditions: 364 days of jail with 354 days suspended and a fine of $5,000 with $4,750 deferred. Fined $250. Probation/Monitoring fee of $150. Restitution to be left open for 90 days.

Eulojio Martinez, Basin City, Aid/Abet CDL Vios. The sentence is suspended for 12 months on the following conditions: Serve 364 days of jail with 362 days suspended and fine $5,000 with $4,000 suspended. Serve a total of 2 days in jail with credit for 0 days served and 2 days converted to 16 hours of community service and also fined $300 for probation/monitoring fee.

Peter G. Mendez, Driving with license suspended 3rd. Sentenced as follows: Sentence is suspended for 6 months on the following conditions: 90 days of jail with 89 days suspended and a fine of $1000 with $800 suspended. Serve 12 days in jail with credit for 10 days served. Fined $200. Probation and monitoring fee is also $200.

Armando Santos Santos, Driving under the influence, reported BAC.14, The Sentence is suspended for a period of 60 months on the following conditions: Serve 364 days in jail with 363 days suspended and an imposed fine of $5,000 with $4,000 suspended. Serve a total of 1 day in jail. Jail report date January 11. Fined $1,000, with Alchohol violator fee DUC of $250, criminal conviction fee $43, Probation/Monitoring fee $1,200

Juan Martin Ramirez, Outlook, Driving with license suspended 3rd. Suspended jail 87 days. Imposed jail 45 days. Credit for 0 days served.

Christopher Roberge, Davenport, DUI, Suspended jail 363 days with 0 days imposed and suspended fine of $4,000. Imposed fine $250. Fine remaining $3,750.

Amber Sharree Abbott, Criminal trespass 2nd. The sentence is deferred for 6 months on the following conditions: Serve 90 days of jail with 90 days suspended and a fine of $1,000 with $750 suspended and also imposed probation/monitoring fee of $175.
