Jan. 19

Traffic Stops 7

6:14 a.m. – Caller reporting that there is a dog at Traders and it belongs to “crackhead Joe”

11:02 a.m.- Caller received a blackmail email that morning that sounded threatening. Said it was from a fake name and that it was demanding money.

11:51 a.m.- A man called advising that the owners of the house he is staying at keep yelling at him and threatening to throw away his belongings.

12:00 p.m.- A woman called asking for assistance after locking herself out of her car.

2:44 p.m.- A caller reported that children are stopping by an Almira house and taking things. The caller stated there is a will and the children are not adhering to it.

6:53 p.m.- A caller reported that there was a dead dog on the south side of the road near the Care and Share.

11:45 p.m.- A woman called stating that her neighbor has been throwing heavy objects at the walls and making a lot of noise for the last hour and a half.

12:38 a.m.- A caller advised that there was a black chevy pickup truck on a road that is closed down by public works.

8:41 a.m.- A caller requested a deputy because her neighbors were parked on her property.

10:21 a.m.- Wilbur School District called to advise that the fire alarm was malfunctioning in one of the bathrooms.

5:48 p.m.- A man from Newport called requesting contact from a deputy to set up a civil standby.

7:08 p.m.- Woman called advising that there is a group of people outside her house arguing.

Jan. 22

9:17 a.m.- Panic alarm Wheatland Bank teller 4 false alarm.

1:05 p.m.- A caller called requesting a deputy to call her because there was an agreement with an acquaintance who was helping her work on her house and stated that “things changed.

2:39 p.m.- A caller came to the Sheriff’s Office to report fraud.

Jan. 23

Traffic stops: 16

9:00 a.m. -A caller at the Gonza University Parking Garage called to advise they lightly tapped a Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office vehicle with his car.

1:27 p.m.- Caller reported that a horse exchange went bad at Billy Burgers. The caller reported that the other party drove away with the horse without paying the full amount.

5:21 p.m.- A caller advised that they were intoxicated and needed to go to the hospital.

6:32 p.m.- a woman called to report that when she got her mail one of her tax forms looked liked it was opened and her social security number was visible.

8:33 p.m.- A woman called to report that there has been a drone flying above her house everyday for the last month.

Jan. 24

Traffic stops: 27

7:45 a.m.- Caller reported a white SUV went off the road at the train tracks.

8:43 a.m.- Washington State Patrol advised there was a disabled vehicle at Highway 2 and Fitzpatrick blocking the road.

7:01 p.m.- Caller called to report a white Camry was going 60 mph through Wilbur and was headed toward the school.

7:28 p.m.- A woman called to report that she has been in danger since 2 p.m. and needed to talk to a deputy about her next steps to stay safe.

8:08 p.m.- A caller reported that a lock was popped off at L and M Storage.

4:44 a.m.- A caller reported that they were scammed after he and his wife sent $100 gift cards to several different phone numbers.

7:15 a.m.- A man called, stating that he was feeding his cows when he saw a vehicle parked with its lights on. After looking at it, the lights turned off.

2:22 p.m.- A caller reported that they needed to get stuff from a property, but someone would not let her in to grab her belongings.

4:13 p.m.- A caller stated that multiple kids and an adult are riding mini-bikes up and down the street without helmets.

4:23 p.m.- A caller reported that a fuel tanker parked across from City Hall should not be parked there.

6:58 p.m.- A caller reported that a small red Toyota hit a deer and blocked the roadway.

7:22 p.m.- A man reported a homeless person sleeping in the men’s bathroom in Pioneer Plaza

Jan. 26

Traffic Stops: 9

8:24 a.m.- A woman called requesting to speak with a deputy regarding a lock on the garage that is not hers.

8:33 a.m.- A woman reported that a large German Shepherd-type dog was hanging out near her house, and it would not let her dog move around.

1:26 p.m.- A woman requested a deputy because her Lug Nuts were loosened on her vehicle.

9:06 p.m.- A woman received threats via phone call and text and requested a no-contact order.

January 20

Brian James Gunning, 34, of Davenport, was arrested by LCSO-Davenport City Bookings for theft-3.

January 23

Michael Jacob Boyer, 27, of Davenport, was arrested by LCSO-Davenport City Bookings for Driving under the influence.

January 24

Tommie Bernard Tucker, 56, of Spokane, was arrested by LCSO-Wilbur City Bookings for failure to comply.

January 25

Andrew Michael Leon, 31, of Spokane, was arrested by Washington State Patrol for driving with a suspended or revoked-3 or revoked license or privilege and driving under the influence.

January 26

Nicholas Gene Finch, 38, of Reardan, was arrested by LCSO-County Bookings for Arson and Harassment Prev Conv or threat to kill.

Christopher N. Gonzales, of Lakewood, DWLS 3rd, Dismissed, and Operating Vehicle w/out II. The sentence is suspended for 14 months on the following conditions: Serve 364 days of jail with 361 days suspended and a fine of $5,000 with $4,500 suspended. Serve a total of 3 days in jail with credit for 0 days served. 2 days converted to 16 hours of community service. Fined $500 with an additional fine of $450 for probation/monitoring fee.

Timothy Robert Lang, Physical control amended to reckless driving, Sentence is suspended for a period of 24 months on the following conditions: Serve 364 days of jail with 361 days suspended and a fine of $5,000 with $4,000 suspended. Serve 3 days in jail with credit for 1 day served. Fined $1,000 and also fined $250 for an alcohol violator fee DUC, $43 for a criminal conviction fee, $103 for a criminal traffic fee, and $450 for a probation/monitoring fee.

State of Washington Vs. Devin Niemela, motion & order to dismiss speeding infraction & plea committed on 3nd count- expired tabs with a $237 fine.

State of Washington Vs. Joshua R. Granchie, motion and order for dismissal without prejudice because it is a duplicate charge.

Erin Kristine Suiter, Spokane, DWLS 3rd. The sentence is suspended for 12 months on the following conditions: Serve 90 days of jail with 90 days suspended and a fine of $1,000 with $850 suspended and fined $150 with an additional probation/monitoring fee for $250.

James Boss, Odessa, unlawful harboring of a minor, a controlled substance known poss-dismissed, obstructing law enforcement, and resisting arrest-dismissed. The sentence is suspended for 24 months on the following conditions: For count one, Serve 364 days of jail with 355 days suspended and a fine of $5,000 with $4,750 suspended. For count three, Boss must serve 364 days of jail with 355 days suspended and a fine of $5,000 with $4,750 suspended. Serve a total of 9 days in jail with credit for 9 days served. Fined $500 with an additional probation/monitoring fee of $450.

James Boss, four counts of criminal trespass 2nd with two dismissed. The sentence is suspended for 12 months on the following conditions: Count one, serve 90 days of jail with 81 days suspended and a fine of $1,000 with $850 suspended. Count two, serve 90 days of jail with 81 days suspended and a fine of $1,000 with $850 suspended. Serve a total of 9 days in jail with credit for 9 days served and fined $300.

Michael Miller, Davenport, DUI, Suspended jail 289 days, imposed jail 14 days with credit for 14 days served.

Michael J. Boyer, Davenport, DUI, Suspended Jail 354 days, imposed jail 30 days with credit for 1 day served. Balance suspended 324. Suspended fine of $1,500 with a $1,500 fine remaining
