Traffic Stops: 8

8:24 a.m. – A dispute between neighbors was reported.

8:33 a.m. – A loose dog was reported.

12:10 p.m. – A custody dispute was reported.

1:26 p.m. – Vehicle prowling reported.

9:06 p.m. – A woman called to report she received a threatening phone call from someone threatening to make her life miserable.

Traffic Stops: 2

9:47 a.m. – A dispute between neighbors was reported.

11:59 a.m. – A person laying in a field next to the highway was reported by a passing motorist.

12:14 p.m. – A caller reported following a potential drunk driver.

4:18 p.m.- A suspicious vehicle parked at the Waukon elevator was reported.

7:31 p.m. – A dead coyote was reported at Fitness Lane and highway 28.

Traffic Stops: 3

6:40 a.m. – Suspicious vehicle reported at intersection of Miles-Creston and Welch Creek.

9:24 a.m. – A caller reported fraud regarding a cell phone.

5:54 p.m. – A caller complained about an aggressive dog at Family Dollar.

7:40 p.m. – A resident called to ask for a deputy to pickup a stray dog.

Traffic Stops: 3

7:11 a.m. – A person called for help unlocking her running car.

10:53a.m. – A person was reported slumped over in a vehicle that was running in the Safeway parking lot.

3:21 p.m. – A caller reported a trespasser on their property.

Jan. 30

Traffic Stops: 1

7:46 a.m. 3 dogs were reported were in the road at Highway 2 and Rambo Rd.

8:33 a.m. – A debit card found in an ATM was turned in to the Sheriff’s office.

10:42 a.m. – An injured deer in the roadway was reported near the Fort Spokane Store.

1:01 p.m. – A woman called to report 2 people taking pictures of her home.

Jan. 31

Traffic Stops: 22

2:00 a.m. – A person called to request assistance at the Wonder Mini Mart.

3:03 a.m. – A person called to report a lot of smoke in the air near their residence.

1:36 p.m. – An aggressive loose dog was reported in Creston.

3:01 p.m. – A pan handler was asked to leave Odessa school grounds.

4:46 p.m. – A man came into a gas station to ask for security and then sped off.

11:42 a.m. – A vicious dog was reported

9:42 p.m. – A suspicious vehicle was reported.

10:47 a.m. – An employee at Family Dollar called to request a welfare check on a person who had been sitting in their car in the parking lot for a while.

12:27 p.m. – A man came to the Sheriff’s office to report a property line dispute.

3:12 p.m. – A woman called to report a suspicious person at the Sprague shooting range.

January 26

Nicholas Gene Finch, 38, Reardan, was arrested by LCSO-County Bookings for arson and harassment, previous conviction, or threat to kill.

January 27

Angela Marie Moses, 26, of Spokane, was arrested by the Bureau of Indian Affairs for BIA-(All tribal arrests)

January 28

James William Haynes, 33, Spokane, was arrested by the Department of Corrections for DOC Detainer.

January 29

Jake Keith Denning, 46, La Grande, was arrested by LCSO-County Bookings for sex-kidnap offender failure to register, burglary-1, theft-2, possessing stolen property-2, theft of a firearm, forgery and identity theft-1.

Brittany Ann Agden, 41, Grand Coulee, was arrested by LCSO-County Bookings for posession of stolen property, burglary-1, theft-2, theft of a firearm and identity theft.

January 31

Christopher M. Gonzales, 31, Lakewood, was arrested by LCSO-Davenport City Bookings for driving with license suspended or revoked-3 or revoked license or privilege and ignition interlock violation-notation or dr rec-verify interlock.

James Boss, Odessa, Unlawful harboring of a minor, Controlled substance known possession, dismissed, obstructing law enforcement, resisting arrest, dismissed. Sentence is suspended for 24 months on the following conditions: for count 1, serve 364 days of jail with 355 days suspended and a fine of $5,000 with $4,750 suspended.
