Bill passed away peacefully on Jan. 27, 2025 in Spokane, Wash. Bill was born on May 1, 1933 in Powell, WY to Joseph and Maude Strite. Bill grew up in the Powell and Cody Wyoming area and later moved to St. Maries, Idaho where he graduated high school. He then married Carol Beebe Howell on Aug. 8, 1954 in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. They returned to Ralston, Wyoming where Bill worked for Garland Light and Power and were blessed with four rambunctious boys.
