NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 18th day of February, at the hour of 10:00 A.M., in the office of the Board of County Commissioners, Davenport, Washington, has been fixed as the time and place for hearing upon the report of the County Road Engineer appointed in the matter of the establishment of the alignment of the Klein Road No. 2280, the termini, and general course, as recommended in such report being as follows:

That portion of Section 31, Township 21 North, Range 36 E.,W.M. described as follows:

A strip of land 60’ wide, 30’ on each side of the centerline, with said centerline beginning at MP 0.23 of the proposed said Sage Road No. 2280 on the west boundary of NW1/4SW1/4SW1/4  Section 31, Township 21, Range 36 E.,W.M .; thence S79°9’23”E a distance of 1,501.23 feet; thence S73°55’59”E a distance of 2,496.67 ft; thence left along a curve with a radius of 1,616.87 feet and a delta angle of 8°57’59” for a distance of 253.04 feet to the border of Lincoln and Adams Counties.

Said strip of land being 0.808 miles more or less.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that all persons interested may appear and be heard at such hearing upon the report and recommendation of the County Road Engineer either to proceed or not to proceed with such establishment of such County Roads.
