Traffic Stops: 3
6:17 a.m. – A caller reported a pickup driving erratically on Highway 2 East bound just west of Davenport.
10:59 a.m. – A caller requested assistance unlocking her vehicle.
11:53 p.m. – Caller reported possibly seeing her ex in the RV park where he had previously been trespassed.

7:41 a.m.- A citizen came to the Sheriff's office and reported that her neighbor is trying to kill her.

10:54 a.m. – A called requested assistance unlocking her vehicle.

1:46 a.m. – A report was received about an alarm going off at the Harrington School.
3:27 p.m. – A caller reported vandalism to a bus and trailer at a campground.

8:55 a.m. – ADT called to report a residential burglary alarm.

3:09 p.m. – A collision was reported at Highway 231 and Euclid Rd.
9:36 p.m. – A caller reported receiving threatening texts, stating someone was going to find her and kill her.

10:18 a.m. – A rental dispute was reported in Davenport.
8:10 p.m. – A caller wants to speak to a deputy about threats to her life.
10:39 p.m. – A motorist called to report that he hit a guard rail and damaged it.

11:05 a.m. – A resident called to report that a snowplow hit his mailbox and would like a call back.
12:41 p.m. – A woman called to advise that two hours ago her ex and members of the cult he is involved in came to her house and sat outside in a white car.
4:20 p.m.- A damaged vehicle was reported sitting in the ditch at Miles-Creston and Welch Creek Rd.
5: 54 p.m. – A chimney fire was reported.
JAIL BOOKINGS
Feb. 11 – Brian Dale Benton, 39, of Lincoln, was arrested by LCSO-County Bookings for an out-of-state felony violation.
Feb. 12 – Jesse Rodarte, 56, of Spokane, was arrested by the Department of Correction for a DOC Detainer.
Feb. 13 – Brian Kurt Colby, 60, of Grand Coulee, was arrested by LCSO-Davenport City Bookings for Assault-4.
Jeremiah Jacob Stam, 40, of Sprague, was arrested by LCSO-Davenport City Bookings for Reckless driving
Feb. 16 – Christopher Willia Pleas, 54, of Moses Lake, was arrested by Washington State Patrol for Driving under the influence.

Brenda Lee Homberg, Odessa, Littering more than 10 cu yd. The sentence is deferred for 6 months on the following conditions: Must serve 364 days of jail with 361 days suspended and fined $5,000 with $4,500 suspended. Serve a total of 3 days in jail with credit for 0 days served. 3 days converted to 24 hours of community service. An additional $150 probation/monitoring fee was imposed.
Joshua William Newkirk, failure to stop/obey/give info. Suspended jail 86 days. Imposed jail 0 days. Balance suspended 86 days. Suspended fine $1,000. Imposed fine $100. Fine remaining $900.
Traffic
State of Washington Vs. Christopher Hernandez-Placios, Motion and order amending the charge of speeding 13 mph over the limit (40 or under) to speeding 8 mph over the limit, dismissing the charge of operating a motor vehicle without insurance, and entering a plea of commitment to the amended charge. Fined $145. The charge of operating a motor vehicle without insurance was dismissed. Assessed $35 administration fee.
Meja Mwangi, reckless driving, suspended jail 362 days. Imposed jail 2 days with credit for 0 days served. Converted to 16 community service hours. Balance suspended 360 days. Community service to be completed by May 15. Suspended fine $4,000. Imposed fine $500. Fine remaining $3,500.
Steven Larnell Bell, Driving with license suspended-2nd, Dismissed on states motion.
Steven Larnell Bell, Grand Coulee, Driving with license suspended-3rd, Sentence is suspended for 12 months on the following conditions: Must serve 90 days in jail with 67 days suspended and fined $1,000 with $750 suspended. Serve a total of 23 days in jail with credit for 0 days served. Jail report date March 3. Fined $250 with an additional probation/monitoring fee $450.
Jeremiah Jacob Stam, Driving under the influence, Reckless driving- amended at State's request, Sentence is suspended for a period of 24 months on the following conditions: Must serve a total of 364 days in jail with 361 days suspended and fined $5,000 with $4,000 suspended. Jail report date Feb 13. An additional $450 was fined for the probation/monitoring fee and $103 for the criminal traffic fee.
