Traffic Reports: 4
7:28 a.m. – A caller reported that a dog that has been killing livestock was spotted on Schwartz Rd. covered in blood
8:41 a.m. – After previously being advised of road restrictions a company laying fiber had a semi get stuck in the road just past the restrictions sign.
8:51 a.m. – An abandoned vehicle was reported at the Waukon Grange.
9:18 a.m. – Harassing phone calls were being received in the Almira area.
11:16 a.m. – Identity theft was reported regarding a tax return.
12:00 p.m. – A caller reported someone opened a bank account in her name.
3:14 p.m. – A caller advised that after he and his son had an argument, his son left the house.
4:21 p.m. – A Wilbur caller called to report traffic not stopping for people in a crosswalk and that they would like a crosswalk light installed.
6:16 p.m. – A caller reported a woman claiming to be on drugs came up to his door requesting help getting back to Moses Lake.
6:44 p.m. – A disabled vehicle was reported on the eastbound Sprague off-ramp.
7:57 p.m. – A welfare check was requested for a Sprague resident who had made suicidal statements.
11:55 p.m. – A disabled vehicle was reported near the intersection of Highway 2 and Alexander Rd.

8:33 a.m. – A caller reported an unauthorized withdrawal from his savings account.
12:25 p.m. – A resident called to report that the company laying fiber is tearing up roads and driveways.
1:31 p.m. - A woman called to request a welfare check on a friend hasn’t returned her messages and she recently heard the spouse yelling during a phone call.
3:02 p.m. – A disabled vehicle was reported on the Harrington-Tokio Rd.
9:10 p.m. – Tribal dispatch called to report they had a tribal vehicle broke down on Highway 231 near Devil’s gap Rd. and received a report from a passerby that a group of boys were messing with the vehicle.

5:31a.m. – A man walking his dog reported some large drops of what appeared to be blood.
8:10 p.m. – A caller reported a loud truck driving by his house multiple times a day. Caller is concerned they may be casing he or his neighbor’s properties.
11:27 p.m. – A woman called to report someone outside her residence and hearing multiple boom type noises.

1:46 p.m. – A woman was reported to drive into the closed portion of the road construction in Reardan.
6:04 p.m. – A report was received of a red mustang headed eastbound on Highway 2 driving 80+ m.p.h. and making dangerous passes.
6:35 p.m. – Violation of a restraining order was reported.
7:48 p.m. – A man called to report threatening phone calls.

6:39 a.m. – An abandoned vehicle was reported in the area of Kramer Farms Rd.
6:12 p.m.- A loose dog that appeared to be dangerous was terrorizing a neighborhood.
March 1

6:42 p.m. – A caller reported 2 men walking around her property, when confronted the subjects ran off.
7:38 p.m. – A citizen requested assistance unlocking his vehicle.
7:47 p.m. – A woman called to report problems with her daughter and daughter’s boyfriend are not to be at her residence and would like them trespassed if they return.
March 2

3:06 p.m. – An abandoned vehicle was reported on Mountain View Rd.
6:04 p.m.- A woman was reported to being driving westbound through the county and the family would like a welfare check since the woman made suicidal comments.
6:11 p.m. – A passerby reported cows out on State Route 21 south of Wilbur.
8:51 p.m. – A man walking down Porcupine Bay Rd. after dark wearing dark clothes the last two nights.
11:02 p.m. – A woman called to report her intoxicated husband left the home, after an argument, driving a vehicle.

State of Washington Vs. Charlotte Rose Knol, Operating vehicle without Interlock Ignition, DUI, Negligent driving-1st, and DWLS-2nd (dismissed on prosecution’s motion.) The sentence is suspended for a period of 60 months on the following conditions: For the DUI charge, must serve 364 days in jail with 184 days suspended and fined $5,000 with $3,500 suspended. For operating a vehicle without interlock ignition, must serve 364 days in jail with 184 days suspended and fined an additional $5,000 with $5,000 suspended.
