Odessa locals spoke out against leadership, finances and the future during the Hospital Board Meeting, Thursday, Feb. 27.
ODESSA – The Odessa Hospital Board convened its latest meeting on Thursday, Feb. 27, where community members voiced concerns about hospital leadership, financial decisions, and facility management.
