NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR SEASONAL CHANGE/TRANSFER OF WATER RIGHT UNDER

ONE (1) SUPERSEDING GROUND WATER CERTIFICATE STATE OF WASHINGTON DEPARTMENT OF ECOLOGY

TAKE NOTICE:

That Marlin Hutterian Brethren of Marlin, WA, on January 31, 2025, has made application for SEASONAL change/transfer of water right in order to add a point of withdrawal and change a portion of the place of use as granted under Superseding Ground Water Certificate No. G3-01199(A).

That Superseding Ground Water Certificate No. G3-01199(A) authorizes the withdrawal of 1719 gallons per minute, 893.88-acre feet per year, each year, from February 1 to November 30, for the irrigation of 446.75 acres.

That authorized point of withdrawal is from one well located within the W½NW¼ of Section 19, T. 21 N., R. 32 E.W.M., Lincoln County, WA.

That the authorized place of use is located within the W½ of Section 19 and the NW¼ of Section 30,

T. 21 N., R. 32 E.W.M., Lincoln County, WA.

That they propose to add a well located within the SE¼NE¼ of Section 7, T. 20 N., R. 29 E.W.M., Grant County, WA.

That they propose to change a portion of the place of use (80 acres) to the S½NE¼, N½SE¼ of Section 6, T. 20 N., R. 29 E.W.M., Grant County, WA.

All within Lincoln and Grant County, Washington.
