7:46 a.m. – A caller advised that she saw a man walking around her house on her camera.
3:41 p.m. – A protection order violation was reported.
9:17 p.m. – A possible DUI was reported on Highway 2 east of Reardan.
March 11

8:06 a.m. – An employee from the city of Davenport called to report a code violation.
1:01 p.m. – A Dollar General employee called to report a customer that he believes is a potential fraud victim.
1:14 p.m. – A truck on a restricted road was reported.
4:53 p.m. – A deputy was requested to help a patron of the Dollar Store who had locked themselves out of their vehicle.
4:56 p.m. – A solar power salesman was advised he needed a permit to do door to door sales.
5:49 p.m. – A suspicious vehicle was reported in the Govan area.
7:05 p.m. – A loose dog was reported to be hanging around Davenport Elementary School.
March 12

7:06 a.m. – A disabled vehicle was reported on the old Sprague highway.
7:54 a.m. – A suspicious vehicle was reported in the Teel Hill Rd. area.
9:25 a.m. – A woman called to report fraudulent charges on her credit card.
2:58 p.m. – A man came to the Sheriff’s Office to talk to a deputy about people taking his things.
3:52 p.m. – A Wilbur man called to report a suspicious vehicle circling his block several times.
March 13

1:21 p.m. – A man just released from jail was reported for violating a protective order.
2:09 p.m. – A person with 2 warrants was reported to be in the district court building.
4:36 p.m. – A domestic situation was reported in Almira.
7:55 p.m. – A person called because their parents were fighting.
March 14

7:52 a.m. – A suspicious vehicle was reported at the Eden elevator just north of Sprague.
10:17 a.m. – A dog owner called to report that their black and white Dachsund got loose and that the dog has been bitten by a neighbor’s black lab that also gets loose.
12:31 p.m. – An abandoned vehicle was reported near Jefferson St. in Davenport.
1:36 p.m. – A vehicle collision was reported near the Senior Center in Wilbur.
4:32 p.m. – A loose German Shepard was reported running across the highway near the fairgrounds.
5:19 p.m. – An abandoned motorhome was reported on Highway 25 near Pankey Rd.
March 15

10:21 a.m. – Several 911 hang ups were received by a number in Sprague.
11:32 a.m. – A custody exchange issue was reported in the Harrington area.
12:41 p.m. – A citizen requested assistance getting into their locked vehicle at the Dollar Store in Davenport.
12:47 p.m. – An issue with a foster child who is out of control was reported. A deputy responded and was able to calm the child down.
1:06 p.m. – A man called to report that his wife’s ex-husband has been contacting them outside of reference to the children. The man was advised to get a restraining order.
2:31 p.m. – A citizen called to report an elderly man with a broken leg with a dog trying to hitch a ride.
March 16

6:14 a.m. – A man called to report someone with a flashlight in his yard.
11:34 a.m. – A motorist called to report a female walking on Highway 28 towards Davenport and appears to be upset.
5:06 p.m. – A man called to report receiving threatening texts about a hitman being hired to kill him and his family.
5:27 p.m. – A possible DUI was reported traveling westbound on Highway 2 just west of Davenport.
6:46 p.m. – A one vehicle rollover was reported.

David Robert Rickard, 64, Inchelium, was arrested by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office County Bookings for Driving under the influence.
March 13
Steven Larnell Bell, 57, Grand Coulee, was arrested by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office County Bookings for driving with a license suspended or revoked-3 or revoked license or privilege.
Amanda Louisa Clark, 47, Ellensburg, was arrested by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office County Bookings for Criminal Trespass-2 and Vehicle Prowling-2.
Christopher Fromknecht, 48, Lamont, was arrested by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office City Bookings for Domestic violation/court order violation.
Christopher Willia Pleas, 54, Moses Lake, was arrested by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office County Bookings for Driving under the influence.
March 14
Austin Ruben Blkeslee, 26, Omak, was arrested by Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office-Davenport City Bookings for domestic violation/court order violation.
March 16
Taliix Papyn Bourgeau, 28, Ford, was arrested by the Bureau of Indian Affairs for a BIA (All tribal arrests) charge.

Christopher Elmer Fromknecht, Three counts Protection order violation, with an additional three counts dismissed, the sentence is suspended for 24 months on the following conditions: For each count, Fromknecht must serve 364 days of jail with 351 days suspended and fined $5,000 with $5,000 suspended. Serve a total of 13 days in jail with credit for 13 days served and fined $300 for probation/monitoring fee.

State of Washington Vs. Gabriel Summers, Motion and order amending the charge of speeding 10 mph over the limit to the lesser charge of failure to sign registration and entering a plea of committed to the amended charge.
