Spring forecast predicts variable precipitation

Rising temps, thunderstorms expected

DAVENPORT – Lincoln County can expect variable precipitation and rising temperatures this spring, with stronger storms and early snowmelt impacting local waterways.

Spring is officially here, having begun on Thursday, March 20.

The National Weather Service Climate Prediction Center forecasts equal chances of above- or below-average precipitation from April through June, while temperatures are expected to rise with some areas experiencing brief cooldowns.
