11:10 p.m. – A caller said she could hear some one climbing around on top of the RV that her and her kids were staying in on her property.
March 24
Traffic Stops: 3
6:53 p.m. – An employee called from the Sprague Chevron to report a threat they received from a customer.
8:47 p.m. – A man called to request contact with a deputy regarding a theft at his residence.
10:31 p.m. – A caller reported a semi truck eastbound on Highway 28 toward Davenport from Harrington going close to 45 m.p.h. through Harrington.

Traffic Stops: 4
1:29 p.m. – A welfare check was requested on a resident of Almira.
2:43 p.m. – Violation of a protection order was reported.
6:14 p.m. – A passerby called to report tire debris on Highway 2 near mile post 257.
March 26

7:26 a.m, - Brinks home security called to report an alarm going off on Morgan St. in Davenport
3:46 p.m. – A resident called to report that her neighbors dog got out and attacked her dog and this is the 3rd or 4th time.
5:20 p.m. – Violation of a non-contact order was reported.
March 27

10:13 a.m. – A vehicle collision was reported at Highway 28 and Red Bridge Rd., one vehicle off of roadway.
10:22 a.m. – A civil standby was requested in Davenport.
10:36 a.m. – Lincoln County District court requested a deputy to respond to remand a defendant into the jail.
5:41 p.m. – A security alarm was reported going off at Key Bank in Wilbur.
March 28

9:06 a.m. – A welfare check was requested in the Wilbur area.
11:44 a.m. – A called requested an ambulance for his daughter who was barely breathing.
3:40 p.m. – A caller reported a mini bike racing up and down the roadway near 10th and Park in Davenport
7:39 p.m. – A reported disabled vehicle turned out to just be lost.
March 29

11:13 a.m. – A caller reported their neighbor has a number of large aggressive dogs that are loose.
12:17 p.m. – A caller reported someone coming to their door asking to come in and talk about lowering the resident’s electric bill.
12:45 p.m. – Several calls were received with no one on the line but motorcycles or quads could be heard in the background. The location of the calls was between Highway 21 and Lauer Rd. South of Odessa.
12:57 p.m. – A caller reported a smaller white pickup with its hood up driving north on the Harrington-Tokio Rd.
2:07 p.m. – A caller reported the theft of feathers from his golf cart.
March 30
Traffic Stops: 10
12:34 p.m. – A resident reported that a neighbor came over to complain about someone riding a dirt bike around the neighborhood.
2:41 p.m. – A motorist reported a dark gray vehicle making bad passes on Highway 2 near Alexander Rd.
5:34 p.m. – Lincoln Hospital called to request a welfare check on an employee that was over an hour late for work.
9:43 p.m. – A yellow mustang was reported in the ditch off of Miles-Creston Rd.
JAIL BOOKINGS
Juan Benitez, 20 of Fairchild AFB, was arrested by Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office for reckless driving.
Anthony Nsigiyende, 39 of Spokane, was arrested by Reardan Police Department for Driving while suspended or revoked and no ignition interlock device.
Deanna VanAusdle, 56 of Moses Lake, was arrested by Odessa Police department for assault-4.

Wesley Brown, Mohler, unlawful firearm posession 2nd attempt, Sentence is suspended for 12 months on the following conditions: Serve 364 days of jail with 357 days suspended and fined $5,000 with $4,500 suspended. Serve a total of 7 days in jail with credit for 7 days served. Fined an additional $450 for a probation/monitoring fee.

State of Washington Vs. Michael Gilstrap, order returning property; it is hereby ordered that the XDS 45 pistol and accessories is returned to Michael Gilstrap by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office.
