Beverly Schultz, who lived in Davenport for over 30 years, passed away on March 16, 2025 at the age of 87. Beverly was born June 27, 1937. She had lived in Spokane for more than 20 years, but previously had been a farmwife east of Davenport.

She started out teaching home economics and English at Reardan High School from 1959 to 1964, taught in Creston School District and then taught night school in many rural communities in Lincoln County for the Washington Extension Service for a few years.
