Traffic Stops 10
11:23 a.m. – A resident called to report a dead dog that appears to have been placed on her property.
2:28 p.m. – A red Plymouth Sundance just off the highway by Corner Café was reported to be on fire.
3:51 p.m. – A resident called to report that her neighbors dogs are always out, there is no fence and the smaller dog chased her when she rode by. Owners were advised that their dogs must be kept on their property.
6:31 p.m. – A 71 year old male requested medical assistance for chest pain.
7:24 p.m. – A caller requested a deputy contact her regarding harassing text messages from her step father.
10:06 p.m. – A captain from the Keller Ferry reported that the same vehicle has been parked near their office the last 3-4 nights.

7:22 a.m. – A report was received about a disabled semi on the railroad crossing at Mohler and Solly Miller Rds.
11:38 a.m. – A man came to the Sheriff’s office to make a report about his neighbor’s dog barking. The man attempted to speak with the dog’s owner but they wouldn’t listen.
The owner of the dog was advised of the ordinances relative to a barking dog.
1:04 p.m. – A resident called to report receiving threatening text messages for their neighbor.
8:20 p.m. – Almira fire called to report a semi stuck off the edge of Old Coulee Rd. just north of Almira.
8:21 p.m. – A domestic argument was reported on Monroe St.
9:21 p.m. – A caller reported people in his apartment that he didn’t know.
10:11 p.m. – A woman called to report that she and her husband were having a shoving match.

2:53 a.m. – A man called to report that his car had been vandalized while at the post office.
7:58 a.m. – A dark blue pickup with a canopy was parked on property overnight. The back was full of camping equipment.
10:22 a.m. – A verbal domestic dispute was reported.
10:29 a.m. – A dispute over the private sale of a vehicle was reported.
11:47 a.m. – A report of a logging truck rollover at Highway 2 and Bandy road was received.
1:31 p.m. – A welfare check was requested on a man who had a fight with his parents.
3:32 p.m. – A civil standby was requested on Monroe St.
4:04 p.m. – Violation of a no contact order was reported.
5:27 p.m. – A black SUV was reported doing donuts in a wheat field off of highway 28.
6:26 p.m. – Lincoln Hospital called to report a subject ran from the hospital towards Highway 2.
9:19 p.m. – A possible structure fire was reported at 10th and Main.
10:16 p.m. – A woman called to report that her boss yelled at her at the top of his lungs and she is scared to go to work. Subject states that her boss has done this once a week for the last 20 years.

12:39 a.m. – A man called to report his neighbors in the apartment complex are making noise all night and having parties until 6:00 a.m. Apartment management has been advised and is unresponsive.
6:48 a.m.- A woman called because she was nervous and couldn’t calm down.
8:02 a.m. – A resident called to report that two dogs keep harassing her family and animals. The same dogs have killed chickens and are going after her cows.
8:21 a.m. – A citizen reported a pickup “road hunting” (shooting from inside their vehicle) on Miles-Creston Rd.
10:12 a.m. – Amazon advised a Sprague resident to file a report about a non delivered package.
12:58 p.m. – A caller reported someone stabbed his tire with a screwdriver.
4:47 p.m. – A caller reported receiving a scam call about missing jury duty.
5:04 p.m. – Violation of an anti harassment order was reported.
8:34 p.m. – An employee of Billy Burger called to report receiving harassing phone calls.
9:21 p.m. – A vehicle collision was reported. One victim transported to Odessa Memorial.
10:17 p.m. – A deputy with the Spokane County sheriff’s office called to report that they had received multiple reports of a green laser pointing at aircraft from the area of Addington and plaster Rds.

6:11 a.m. – A person sleeping in their car at a gas pump was reported.
2:02 p.m. – A brown Subaru with a stolen front license plate was reported.

1:34 p.m. – A residential burglary alarm was reported by ADT, homeowner reports it was tripped by realtor.
4:39 p.m. – A man was reported going through campsites at Fishtrap recreation area.
5:06 p.m. – A woman called to request assistance getting keys from her estranged husband.
6:57 p.m. – A man was thrown from a 4 wheeler and was unconscious but breathing.
8:29 p.m. – Violation of a restraining order was reported.
8:57 p.m. – A mother called to report that her son was threatened by a woman at the birthday party he was attending.
9:44 p.m. – A suspicious vehicle was reported near Mt. View Cemetery Rd. and Leffel Rd.
10:32 p.m. – A woman reported finding a rusty saw blade in a planter outside her house.
11:33 p.m. – A white GMC was reported swerving westbound on Highway 2 towards Davenport.

4:17 p.m. - A report was received about a black cow in the roadway on Highway 28 near mile post 121.
6:36 p.m. – A self identified federal agent called to report her daughter being abducted and kept in a storage unit in Davenport.
